Having appreciated the beautiful and graceful moon yesterday evening with friends, we promised to go climbing today.

We got up early in the morning. It’s about half an hour’s drive from home. When we arrived at the gate of the park, it’s just half past seven, thirty minutes earlier than the time we had made.

Kids are always excited about outdoor activities. The girl got up on time in the morning even though she stayed up late the night before.

The mountain is not very high.The kids were energetic and after less than an hour, we all climbed on the top. The deep forest prevented sunshine from shining in which made it very cool. We had a rest on the top, eating, drinking and talking. The kids were playing among the trees and stones.

When we decided to go down from the top, we all felt refreshed. Along the bath, there is a stream which many kids were play water and catching fishes or crabs. The kids were attracted by the water fun, staying in water for endless pleasure. After an hour with our force they had to go out of water and be back on our way home.

We had our favorite beef hot-pot for lunch together. After we got home, it’s two o’clock in the afternoon, time to have a lunch break.

It’s a pleasant day today.

Step 1

馅料加入调味料拌成浓面糊，分出3等份。Mixes all filling ingredients with seasoning into thick batter, apportion into 3.

Step 2

取一片紫菜抹上一等份面糊，再铺上一片紫菜，压平即可，至全部做好。Apply 1 portion of batter onto seaweed and sandwich with another piece of seaweed, press firmly; repeat steps until all done.

Step 3

隔水蒸10分钟，取出待冷却，每块切开8片，再放入冰箱冷冻30分钟。Steam the stuffed seaweed for 10 minutes, cool down and cut into 8 pieces; frozen in fridge for 30 minutes.

Step 4

取出沾上少许生粉，烧热油炸脆，用吸油纸吸去多余的油。趁热享用。Remove seaweed from fridge, coat with some corn flour and deep fry in hot oil until crispy; drain on paper tower and serve hot.
