“摆烂”用英语怎么说？

摆烂=宽恕/放过XXX （偏肯定性）

spare [sper]  oneself 

（发音p-浊化-b ）

spare 作动词，表示“饶恕”

spare one self 表示：饶恕自己，不要和自己过不去，

（别硬扛），适当性“摆烂”

反之，
